My house went under contract in about the time I expected but we encountered a hiccup when the sellers had some issues closing on their home. Michelle kept me informed and stayed on the other party to resolve the issue. She saw it through and kept the deal together. In the end it all came out well. First, Nancy is a great communicator. I was selling my parents home from a distance. I always felt as though I was completely integrated in the process. Nancy saved me many hours by providing access to contractors and repairmen. Without her support I would have lost dozens of hours in travel and missed work. I researched the ratings of numerous agents and was satisfied with his. Having also been in an elite military unit, I believed Dan was of good character with the commitment and competence required of his profession.
